SpotJoule is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects homeowners ("hosts") who offer private parking spaces with drivers who reserve and use them. SpotJoule is not a parking operator, lot owner, valet service, insurance provider, or party to any transaction between a host and a driver.

SpotJoule assumes no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for, any of the following arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or any booking:

• Property damage (driveway, garage, fixtures, landscaping, structures)
• Vehicle damage of any kind
• Theft, vandalism, or loss of personal property
• Personal injury or death
• Towing, impound fees, or municipal violations
• Traffic citations, parking tickets, or ordinance violations
• Misrepresentation by hosts or drivers
• Disputes between hosts and drivers
• Loss of income, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Hosts and drivers are solely responsible for verifying that their own homeowner's, renter's, or automobile insurance policies cover their participation on the platform. Any claim arising out of a booking is solely between the host and the driver.

By using SpotJoule, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer. You are also asked to acknowledge it again when you create an account, publish a listing, and complete each booking.
