Is it safe to let strangers park on my property?+
Every driver is verified with ID and license plate before they can book. Important: SpotJoule does not provide insurance and is not responsible for any property damage, theft, or loss arising from a booking. Hosts should confirm their own homeowner's or auto policy covers their use case.
Do I have to be home?+
No. Most hosts use contactless instructions. You decide whether bookings need approval or are instant.
What if I don't have an EV charger?+
That's totally fine — most spots are parking only. If you do have a charger (or plan to install one), you'll earn significantly more.
