Respect
Treat hosts, drivers, and neighbors with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive language are not tolerated.
Safe parking
Drivers: follow posted instructions, observe vehicle size restrictions, and don't block access. Hosts: provide a safe, well-lit, navigable spot.
Accurate listings
Hosts must list only spaces they own or have permission to rent. Photos, dimensions, and amenities must match reality.
Clear communication
Use in-app messaging for booking questions. Respond within a reasonable window. Don't share personal contact info to bypass the platform.
Honest reviews
Reviews should reflect a real booking experience. No retaliation reviews, fake reviews, or coercion.
Fraud prevention
Don't attempt to circumvent payments, falsify documents, or operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement. Violations result in suspension.
