Driver Agreement

This Driver Agreement is between SpotJoule and you, the user reserving a parking space ("Driver"). It supplements the Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and be legally permitted to operate the vehicle you park on a Host's property.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. The exact address of a Host's property is shared with you once your booking is confirmed. You agree to arrive and depart within your reserved window and to follow any Host-specific rules included in the listing.

You agree to park only the vehicle disclosed at booking, not block neighboring properties, not leave trash, fluids, or personal items behind, and not use the space for any purpose other than parking (and, if offered, EV charging).

Staying beyond your reserved time may result in automatic additional charges at the Host's posted rate (plus a service fee), and may also expose you to towing, parking citations, or local law-enforcement action at your sole risk and expense.

If you use a Host's EV charging equipment, you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for the compatibility, safety, and operation of your vehicle and any adapters. SpotJoule is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, battery, or charging equipment.

SpotJoule does not provide insurance. You are responsible for maintaining valid auto insurance covering your vehicle while parked. SpotJoule is not liable for theft, vandalism, towing, citations, weather damage, or any other loss arising from a booking.

You may leave honest reviews after completed bookings. Reviews that are false, harassing, or violate the Community Guidelines may be removed.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement, the Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
